NO PETS ALLOWED

Ready for move in just before school starts, maybe a little earlier.

$600 - Large bedroom w/ private bathroom in a house built in 2006. The room is newly carpeted and the room and bathroom are very, very clean.

ALL BILLS PAID! - high speed internet, digital cable television (AT&T U-verse), water, electricity, gas, pest control, lawn care.

I pay for a maid to clean the common areas once per month. (She is available to also clean your room for $15/month, which you pay for if you want).

It is located in historic Eastwood, which is 15 blocks from the U.H. campus (on the other side of 45), less than two miles to downtown, minutes away from each of 45, 610, 59, 288, four exits from I-10, minutes to Hobby airport and 6.6 miles to the Medical Center.

Safe and quiet neighborhood close to everything - bike or walk to Kroger and CVS.

The house itself has everything: 2 full-sized stacked washers/dryers, dishwasher, stove, microwave, tile/carpet throughout, ceiling fans, granite counters, plenty of paved, off-street parking.

Room measures 14x14. Closet is approximately 3x4

The roommates are quiet students and/or professionals - you MUST be the same.

$250 deposit required (refundable).

One year lease required, and you must be friendly and willing to live with roommates.

NO PETS ALLOWED

When LED Flashlights are used as a replacement for older stronger incandescent bulb, designers can choose cheaper materials in lamp shades and make lamp shades smaller and closer to the Cree LED Flashlights bulb, not having to worry about eventual overheating, burning or setting fire to the lamp shades material, thanks to the very low heat created.
