I have 1BHK room near Bayou's Oak / near to UH main campus. there is a bus service/ shuttle service every 10 mins to UH and u can ride bike which take 5 mins and also u can walk.
the complex has more than 12 houses and most of them are ph.d. students so, its kind of student living complex. rooms are big enough for 2 people.
my apartment has internet access and all other utilities needed to live.
per person rent will be 250$ per month. I am looking for a roommate who can keep the apartment neat and clean, if you are lazy person and cant keep your stuff clean dont bother to reply.
